We are extremely pleased to have been able to
obtain the services of Bremwal Builders as the General Contractor
for the subdivision. They are a New Hampshire and Maine registered
L.L.C. with two equal partners; Rolf Bremer and Bill Walton.
Together, they have over 50 years of experience in the building
trades, with Rolf’s expertise being in masonry and carpentry and
Bill’s being in drywall and painting. Having been long term
business associates, they decided to join forces 7 years ago to form
Bremwal Builders.
They typically only build 2-3 homes per year,
providing personal attention to each and every home. “A home is

to offer the perfect blend of quality and value that is available in
the mid price range home market”, said Bill Walton.
